The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. The hotel's internet was slow and inconsistent, which was a hindrance to my productivity.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled in a lovely residential area by the river, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel's service was impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean design of the rooms, specifically in the Cottage area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the hotel's restaurant provided an excellent dining experience, especially when choosing the evening menu at a great price.

Rooms were in excellent condition, cleanliness was impecable, staff was very nice and attentive. 15 mins with train to central paris, but right on the Seine and with complete tranquility!

would have to pay extra for using the simple spa facilities, like Sauna and pool! rooms fairly small... Toilet seat a good 20 cm too high (I'm 6')!

I can't say anything bad, nice service, new innovations, big and clean rooms. Big compared to Paris which is only around 20 minutes away by rer A. a lot to do in the hotel itself - spa, swimming pool and tennis. My family loved it.

The spa was what I liked most. It had a moderate-large swimming pool and good sauna facilities. Water purifiers were beside the pool so it was quite convenient to enjoy the spa. I stayed at the double room, which was quiet and clean. The quality of the bed was excellent, not too hard, and not too soft. There was an Apple tv box so I could watch many channels and browse internet. (But I didn't use it so much because I had my laptop.) Free private parking was also nice.

The water in jacuzzi needed to be changed. I got freaked out when I saw some dirty things floating on the water. Sometimes there were no towels at the spa, unlike it is stated that towers are ready at the spa in the manual. The location is not good for travellers who don't have a car. The light in the room was quite dark. I think the hotel should put more lights (at least 1 more?) in its rooms.

The calm area and the easy internet access that was working perfectly.

This hotel is situated in a serene location, surrounded by picturesque green areas and beautiful parks close to the river. The rooms are uniquely equipped with modern gadgets, while the breakfast is delicious, with fresh juice and good coffee. the hotel has a lovely sunny terrace, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Neg: The hotel lacks maintenance in some areas, with poor AC and heating systems in some of the rooms.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was nice though a bit rich. The Spa and swimming pool facilities were perfect and very relaxing. The rooms are compact with everything one would expect in a French 3 stars hotel.

The restaurant menu was a bit restricted in its choices, one would struggle to eat there everyday for more than 2 days without re-ordering the same dish. While a spa, the restaurant clearly focuses on heavy and rich traditional french cuisine wih no "healthy" choices.

alot of goog intensions without the final touch. Big shower heads with not enough water pressure. Automatic lights in rooms don't always shut or turn on when you need them to. Request for extra blanket or pillow were turned down.

Located in a great spot, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with good amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pool was relaxing.

Our romantic escape was not very romantic due to the poor customer service. We had requested a room with a view and were given a room facing a wall.

Superb location just outside Paris yet very convenient to get there quickly.Breakfasts very good and the surroundings were a really nice park area next to the Seine.

The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and varied with great juice and good scrambled egg and smoked salmon. It was the redeeming feature.

It was over -spec ed so there were all sorts of things that were theoretically automated but didn't work: the entrance gate; the shower required a phd, the TV didn't work, there was no hot water in my mother's room. Also the staff were pretty inept and couldn't sort out their own computer/printer/booking system.Plus the fairly comfortable beds were covered with rubber sheets - I am not an infant and always strip them off but it tends to be the mark of a substandard hotel in my experience.

Lovely stay with comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Enjoyed the beautiful walks along the Seine. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this stylish hotel.

Great facilities! The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Paris, 10 minutes walk from the train station and then 15 minutes from the city by train. The hotel has free gated parking and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included in the rate and is of superb quality. This is a great hotel for visiting Paris.

The light in the room was a bit dim, and it would be insufficient for a business person, however I am sure that it would only take a phone call to the reception in order to solve the problem.
